What is your current turn around time?
We strive to ship within 1-2 business days, however please allow up to 5.
How do you wash bamboo?
I recommend using cold water and a gentle detergent. Then turn inside out or place inside a garment bag. Make sure to wash with similar items (preferably all bamboo). If there are any stains then soak it for at least 30 mins prior to washing. Air dry for best results or use the lowest heat cycle.
Are you OEKO-TEX certified?
We are OEKO-TEX certified. Although I don’t use the tags in the clothes, our manufacturer stays up to date with the yearly certification!
